Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

• United States: 7–15 business days

• Canada: 8–18 business days

• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

• Australia: 8–18 business days

• International Orders: 10–20 business days

Some products may arrive separately if they are shipped from different fulfillment centers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional orders.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address
