Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order.
